Mistakes Gallery

Have you ever set up the camera, ready for that shot of a much sought after wildlife snap? Or, much worse, have you ever spotted something special, just moments after putting that camera away? This, of course, is followed by a panicked struggle to pull it back out from its case, to capture the shot. How many photographs, have you discarded because of a poor composition?

Well, we believe the humour is in the NOT so perfect image: that moment when you are desperate to prove to the world that you really did see 'it' - whether 'it' is a UFO or a yeti...and you get a shot that seems tragic in its utter failure to capture the moment. This subject matter, or rather subject loss, is what I have re-created on canvas. Definitely a talking point for the home!
